If you get the message:
An error occurred in
creating the report.
Do the following
Go to
Control Panel - System - Advanced - Performance Settings - Data Execution
Prevention -
Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
1.For SurfStats Website Traffic Analyzer - Add the program
surffox8400.exe located in directory
\Program Files(86)\Surfstats(version)
2. For SurfStatsLive - Add the program surffoxlive3400.exe
located in directory \Program Files(86)\SSLive(version)
Request the report again
