A background process updates a database from web server log files. Users log in with a web browser and reports are generated on demand and displayed to the user. Most aspects of the product can be administered remotely with a web browser.

Both products can generate reports in Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.

Optionally available is a Visitor Origin Database that provides additional information on visitor reports.
